Skilled in leveraging technology for assessment and feedback, utilizing tools like the Student Learning Space (SLS) to enhance learning outcomes and provide timely, targeted feedbacks;

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
-
Full range of accounting responsibilities, including accounts receivable and accounts payable functions;
-
Prepare monthly schedules for financial and management reporting within the stipulated timeline;
-
Ensure all accounts receivable & payable reconciliations and follow-up are compliant with policies and regulations;
-
Prepare and collate schedules required for internal and external audits;
-
Call for quotations for the various types of insurance;
-
Prepare statement of account for Global Classroom Programmes; and
-
Any other ad hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;
-
Familiarity with SAP HANA financial system will be an advantage;

Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Excel is required;

Able to multi-task, work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;

FOOD STUDIES ASSISTANT/KITCHEN ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
Responsibilities:

Assist and support Food Studies lessons in 2 kitchens concurrently (pre/during/ post lessons); and
-
Order and purchase of food ingredients.
Requirements:

Basic Food Safety and Hygiene training preferred;
-
Team player who has good interpersonal skills, meticulous, flexible and good personal hygiene; and
-
Some experiences working in a school setting in the areas of work stated above will be helpful.
