HEAD OF LEVEL
Requirements:

Degree in relevant subject or equivalent;
Leadership and Programme Management

Provide leadership to ensure effective implementation of student development programmes and processes for the assigned level(s);

Coordinate upstream and preventive efforts to support students’ academic, social-emotional, and holistic development;

Collaborate effectively with staff and galvanise teachers towards shared student development goals; and

Demonstrate competency in subject teaching, Character and Citizenship Education (CCE), and co-curricular areas.
Student Management and Support

Guide teachers in providing timely support and designing engaging learning experiences tailored to students’ holistic growth;

Work closely with level teachers, student support teams, and Student Development Committees to build strong relationships with students and understand their diverse needs;

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

Skilled in leveraging technology for assessment and feedback, utilizing tools like the Student Learning Space (SLS) to enhance learning outcomes and provide timely, targeted feedbacks;

ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
To play an instrumental role in ensuring the efficient operations of the school’s General Office by providing administrative support in the following areas:
-
Customer Service:
-
Attend to enquiries from walk-in customers and phone calls, ensuring timely dissemination of school information to stakeholders;
-
Manage the loan of school items and lost & found records;
-
Monitor students’ wellbeing and maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sick bay;
-
Monitor students leaving school early and ensure confirmation of their safe arrival home;
-
Issue Secondary 1 Smart Cards and Student Passes; and
-
Provide general office support including printing, laminating, and guest refreshments.
-
Project/Vendor Management:
-
Coordinate school events and exercises such as Student Photo-Taking, Prize-Giving Ceremony, Sec 4 Graduation Ceremony, and Student Admissions.

Other Duties:
-
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the School Senior Management Team and Head of Department.
Requirements:

GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma;
-
Strong communication skills, meticulous, able to multitask, and a good team player;

Basic knowledge of AI tools; and

Prior experience working in a school is an added advantage.
